Business Orders (B2B)
Business purchases, including corporate gifting and wholesale orders, are subject to our separate B2B Terms & Conditions, which take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions for business purchases.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in your local currency where available. Currency conversion is handled automatically at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice and subject to product availability.
Any pricing errors or discontinued items may result in order cancellation.
3. Payment
We accept Shop Pay, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay.
Payment will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.
All payments are processed securely.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates below apply after dispatch.
Delivery within Denmark
Choose PostNord, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days, UPS Express, with an estimated delivery time of 1 business day, or GLS, delivered exclusively to a GLS ParcelShop for collection. Estimated delivery: 1 – 3 business days to a GLS ParcelShop.
International delivery
International orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail or UPS, depending on the delivery option available for your country and selected at checkout.
DHL Global Mail
Your parcel travels from Denmark to the destination country, where a local delivery partner handles the final delivery. Delivery may be to your address or a collection point, depending on the local service.
The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Estimated delivery times are approximately 3–20 days, depending on the destination and service.
UPS delivery with duties and taxes paid
Lakris Jewelry covers applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees, which UPS handles on our behalf.
Where service-point delivery is available, UPS will assign a collection point and notify you where to collect your parcel. If that location is unavailable or full, UPS may redirect your parcel to another collection point and notify you.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier disruptions, customs clearance and other circumstances may cause delays. If your order is delayed or does not arrive, please contact us so we can help.
Shipping costs
Every order to our available destinations includes a free shipping option. Optional delivery upgrades may incur a fee, shown at checkout before payment.
For selected countries, we also offer free express delivery when your order meets the minimum purchase amount shown in our delivery table.
United Kingdom
DHL Global Mail is available free of charge. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For orders valued at £135 or less, UK VAT is collected at checkout.
UPS Express is available for 650 DKK, with import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees covered by Lakris Jewelry.
Orders of 2,500 DKK or more qualify for free UPS Express delivery, including applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are covered by Lakris Jewelry only when your chosen delivery option includes DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Otherwise, any applicable import charges are payable by the recipient.

6. Checkout Rules
An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed. Please note: your order is not final until accepted and dispatched by Lakris Jewelry.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted addresses.
Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are the customer’s responsibility.
Some product descriptions may include AI-assisted translations. While we strive for accuracy, minor differences in wording may occur. Please contact us if anything is unclear before purchase.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.

8. Competition Rules:
Capybougie Surprise at Musicon 10/10/2026:
The prize comes complete with Capybougie plush, packaging and jewelry.
· The winners will be tagged in an announcement post on our IG profile before 31 October.
· The post will include the winners’ photo and their handles/username.
· Winners will be selected randomly and contacted by Instagram DM.
· Winners have 3 days to respond to our DM before another winner may be drawn as a replacement

If the carrier returns the package to Lakris Jewelry due to the winner not picking up the package on time, the winner has to pay for a new delivery within 14 days or they forfeit the prize.
