These B2B Terms & Conditions apply to all business purchases from Lakris Jewelry, including corporate gifting, wholesale, retailer orders, and personalized jewelry orders.

These terms take precedence over our general Terms & Conditions for business purchases, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders & Confirmation

All B2B orders are handled individually to ensure accurate pricing, quantities, production requirements, and delivery arrangements.

Customers must provide their selected designs, quantities, and required delivery date when requesting a quotation.

An order becomes binding once Lakris Jewelry has confirmed the order in writing and the required payment or deposit has been received.

By confirming an order, the customer accepts these B2B Terms & Conditions.

3. Pricing & Discounts

All B2B prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK), excluding VAT and shipping, unless otherwise stated.

Corporate Gifting

No minimum order quantity.

Discounts range from 35% to 60%, depending on the total number of pieces ordered.

Different designs may be combined to qualify for quantity discounts.

Wholesale & Retailers

Minimum order quantity: 10 pieces.

Discounts range from 50% to 65%, depending on the total number of pieces ordered.

Orders exceeding 500 pieces are subject to individual quotations.

Different designs may be combined to qualify for quantity discounts.

The applicable discount is calculated according to the pricing structure published on the relevant B2B page or stated in the customer's quotation.

Special promotions and limited-time offers may have separate conditions and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly agreed.

All quotations are subject to product availability and written confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

For B2B orders below 5,000 DKK (excluding VAT), full payment is required upon order confirmation.

For orders of 5,000 DKK or more (excluding VAT), a 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% payable before dispatch.

Payment is made via bank transfer. An invoice containing payment instructions will be provided.

Production, preparation, or procurement will commence once the required payment or deposit has been received.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Lakris Jewelry reserves the right to suspend production or delivery if payments are not received as agreed.

5. Production & Lead Times

Many Lakris Jewelry designs are made to order, specially prepared, or personalized according to customer requirements.

Production and preparation times depend on the selected designs, quantities, customization requirements, and material availability.

Selected designs are available with shorter lead times.

Estimated production and delivery schedules will be communicated individually, and the agreed delivery date will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect production times, pricing, and delivery arrangements.

6. Personalized & Custom Orders

Lakris Jewelry offers personalized jewelry and packaging, including custom designs, company logos, and branded jewelry boxes.

The minimum order quantity for personalized designs is 500 pieces, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, specifications, and other customization requirements.

Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any supplied logos, trademarks, or designs.

Production of personalized items will begin following approval of the agreed specifications and receipt of the required payment.

Once personalized production has begun, modifications, cancellations, and refunds may not be possible.

Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to materials and production processes, provided the products remain consistent with the agreed specifications.

7. Cancellations & Returns

Many of our jewelry designs are made to order, specially prepared, or personalized according to customer requirements. Once an order is confirmed and payment or a deposit has been received, we may immediately begin production, preparation, or procurement of the necessary materials and products.

For this reason, confirmed B2B orders are binding and cannot be cancelled without written approval from Lakris Jewelry.

Once production or procurement has begun, cancellations and refunds may no longer be possible, particularly for personalized or custom-made designs.

Where cancellation is approved by Lakris Jewelry, any refund will be calculated after deducting non-recoverable costs already incurred, including materials, production, and shipping expenses, together with a reasonable administration and preparation fee of up to 1,000 DKK, based on work already performed. This may include design preparation, sourcing, customization arrangements, and order processing. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

B2B purchases are not subject to the standard 14-day consumer right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from Lakris Jewelry.

These conditions do not affect the customer's rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products under applicable law.

8. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on order quantity, package weight, destination, and selected delivery service.

Shipping charges will be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.

Delivery times depend on production requirements, order size, destination, and the selected shipping method.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the customer's responsibility unless a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping arrangement has been expressly agreed.

Any applicable shipping and customs arrangements will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

Lakris Jewelry will notify customers of any significant changes to the agreed delivery schedule as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Product Quality & Packaging

Lakris Jewelry offers jewelry featuring materials such as stainless steel, 18K gold-plated stainless steel, natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, and other selected materials.

Product specifications and materials are provided in the relevant product descriptions or quotations.

Unless otherwise agreed, each jewelry piece includes an elegant Lakris Jewelry gift box.

Natural gemstones and freshwater pearls may display variations in color, shape, pattern, and size. These natural characteristics are not considered defects when consistent with the agreed product specifications.

10. Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers are requested to inspect their orders promptly upon delivery and notify Lakris Jewelry in writing of any defects, damage, shortages, or incorrect products.

Notifications should include the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where appropriate.

Claims must be submitted within the applicable legal time limits.

Where a claim is justified, Lakris Jewelry will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Danish law and the agreed contractual terms, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, and failure to follow reasonable care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

11. Changes to Orders

Requests to change quantities, designs, sizes, customization, or delivery arrangements after order confirmation must be submitted in writing.

Changes are subject to approval by Lakris Jewelry and may not be possible once production or procurement has begun.

Any additional costs or revised delivery dates will be communicated before approved changes are implemented.

12. Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances

Lakris Jewelry is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including significant transport disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events.

Where such circumstances arise, Lakris Jewelry will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and work toward an appropriate solution.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
